Your payment will be processed upon submission of your order. If your consultation is not approved, you will receive a full refund. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched and delivered within 1 working day. Deliveries are made to the UK address you provide at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier issues or incorrect address details provided by you. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before submitting your order.
You may cancel your order at any time before pharmacist approval and receive a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund for that medication, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our stated contact channels. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
